Originally from KC,MO (yaaaayaya) ... good for them BUT they will still be mid-western punk-freakz to me. :) <3 anywho, i love this ep. same bootyful gritty-ness that i cherish most from the b-boys. i hope they release this in the states at some point. personal fav: high on drugs cuz

i absolutely love the new shit comin' outta KC. (can't wait to go visit next month) warm bodies are a 4-piece punk band. female vox. all members are prominent figures within the KC punk scene...so you can imagine how kick-ass this EP is.

Also, I'm super stoked that Rat Bastard, along with some other rad KC punk bands are playing a show on February 25th at Art Closet Studios. GO, if you can because it's gonna be such a coolio show.  

Nature Boys - Nature Boys 2nd LP

Sigh. I saw Nature Boys last saturday....please take me back. Oh gawd, it was such a bad-ass show. Nature boy's is a 3-piece punk band from, you guessed it, KC, MO.

(I've seen NB's a few times and snagged this LP...well, actually two copies of it haha.) It's that dam good guys.

I present to you the grittiest of all tunes. Hailing from Kansas City, MO, it's Burial Teens. I've seen 'em a bunch of times...and seriously every single time I fall more and more in love with 'em. Unfortunately I believe they broke up shortly after this release, but who the fuck cares...Fascist Chrome lives on.
